His 2nd wife d. at Beloit, Wis., Mar. 16, 1888. His 3rd m. was July 9, 1890. He d. Feb. 22, 1913, aged 79, at Jamesville, Wis.

He worked for many years for his cousin, Col. Ralph Robinson Maltby, when he owned a store in Washington, Ky., and he mar. the sister (his first wife's sister) of the wife of Col. R.R. Maltby.

Dec. 11,1859. at Frankfort, N.Y. At one time of Ilion, N.Y. He enlisted in 1st N.Y. Light Artillery, Co. A. Served three years and 9 months. Received honorable discharge. They moved to Kansas soon after his 2nd marriage. He d. Dec. 24, 1899, bur. at Goffs, Kansas. His widow moved to Oklahoma in 1902 and d. May 7, 1919, bur. at Sharon, Oklahoma.
